Your privacy is important to us. It is English with Jesus’ (EWJ) policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website(s) (the “Site”), and other sites we own and operate. If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you do not agree with our policies, which are incorporated herein by reference, please do not use the Site or any services offered through the Site.

BY ENTERING, ACCESSING, BROWSING, SUBMITTING INFORMATION TO, OR OTHERWISE USING THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THEREIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD OR OLDER AND POSSESS THE LEGAL RIGHT AND ABILITY TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OR YOU ARE YOUNGER THAN EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Cancelation Policy

Payment and cancelations

Full payment must be made before the start of the lesson. A time must be agreed upon before the payment is sent. If you want to cancel the lesson for any reason you must send a request at least 24 hours before the agreed start time of the class. If canceled within 24 hours no refunds will be available. In the case that the teacher cannot make the class cancel which inevitably may happen, then the payment of the lesson will be used for another lesson. 

Group Lessons

In order to cancel a group lesson the entire group must agree and send a cancelation notice at least 24 hours in advance. Single student cancelations are non-refundable.

Time Changes

If you want to change the time of any class notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance. If a time cannot be found within the same week the payment related to that lesson will be moved to the next week or a 100% refund will be credited to the form of payment used in the initial transaction.

Blocks of Lessons

If a block of 10 lessons are booked these lessons must be taken within a 12 week period. If the student wants to cancel the lessons (a refund is available for the unused lessons at any time during the course), the student must send a written cancelation request.

Privacy Policy

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing and/or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Site. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, and if we make material changes to it, we will notify you as appropriate. Continuing to use the Site after we publish or communicate a notice about any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes binding acceptance of those changes. For example, we may use this information to administer and troubleshoot issues directly related to the Site, such as Site administration or to analyze certain trends in Site usage.

Tracking Pixels

Google Analytics
We have enabled Google Analytics, to collect data about our traffic through the use of Google advertisements and other anonymous identifiers. We use Google Analytics cookies and other cookies to compile data to better understand users and provide users with a more tailored experience. How We Protect Information
We have taken commercially reasonable precautions to protect the data and information under our control from misuse, loss, or alteration. Our security measures include industry standard technology and equipment to help protect your data. Unfortunately, considering the open nature of the internet, no system can ensure complete security and you should take steps to protect your information and transmissions to the Site.

We retain the Personal Information you provide while your account is in existence or as needed to provide you services. We may retain your Personal Information if retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet applicable regulatory requirements, or enforce this Privacy Policy. We may retain Personal Information, for a limited period of time, if requested by law enforcement.

Opting Out

Children Under the Age of 13
We do not sell products or services for purchase by anyone under the age of 13. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will never knowingly request or solicit personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, without verifiable parental consent. In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such personal information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practical.

Compliance with Legal Process
Please be aware that we will release specific Personal Information about you if required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order. We may also choose to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Users in California
We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of the Site who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, we currently do not share any Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We may choose to change this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Any updates to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this page, so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
